• Exchange and Return Policy:

1. You can replace Within 7 days or return within 5 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. You can exchange or return at any of our branches located in Riyadh.
3. When returning an order from the website to one of the Manar Al Taamir branches, the refund process takes 3 business days.
4. If the customer wishes to return the order via the shipping company, he shall bear the shipping cost according to the return policy, which is estimated at (28) riyals on the policy.
5. If the customer wishes to return the entire order, the shipping fees (delivery and return) will be deducted, even if the shipping cost is free.

• Ensure the return or exchange conditions are as follows :

1. The product must be in its original condition, free from any defects, damage or use.
2. There is no shortage of any accessories in relation to the piece.
3. Attach the order invoice with the product and its availability.
4. No perfumes, colognes, or makeup on the item.
5. After the product arrives at our warehouse and the return is approved within 14 working days, and after ensuring that the item you wish to return is not damaged and matches the description and condition in which it was sent, the customer will be contacted to obtain the bank information to transfer the due amount.
