Delivery time for all shipments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is 3-7 days depending on the city - region - governorate.

The shipping cost is fixed at 28 riyals, including tax (within the Kingdom)

Packaging

Manar Al Taamir will adhere to the basic packaging specifications required based on the shipping method chosen unless otherwise agreed upon.

Any costs for special packaging, loading or any type of special care carried out at the buyer's request are covered by the buyer himself.

The buyer is responsible for the packaging and shipping costs of any equipment purchased.

Payment Terms

Discounts apply only to the invoice value of the goods and not to taxes and shipping costs.

Manar Al Taamir reserves the right to request advance payment or a guarantee if the buyer's financial situation so requires.

If the Buyer fails to pay as agreed upon herein or in any additional agreements or fails to comply with any other agreed upon terms, the Site has the right to cancel any unshipped payments from the order and the Buyer remains responsible and liable for all payments that have not yet been paid.

Taxes and import/export licenses

All prices do not include taxes. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for paying the taxes due on the invoices attached to the website, unless he provides an exemption that can be approved by the authorities or the company is legally prohibited from collecting tax costs from the buyer.

Responsibility

Once Manar Al Taamir accepts your purchase order, it is not obligated or liable for any damages or injuries resulting from using the product alone or in combination with other products.

Manar Al Taamir website is not responsible for any negligence or failure to perform any of its duties resulting directly or indirectly from uncontrollable force majeure circumstances such as: the actions of the buyer, governmental or civil authorities including wage and price controls, fires, wars, riots and rebellions, delays in the shipping process, the inability to provide the raw materials necessary to complete the work such as: energy sources, basic components, labor, fuel and supplies or any other circumstances beyond the control of the website whether they are identical or not to what was mentioned above.

If some quantities are affected and others remain the same, the company will exclude the affected quantities without bearing any responsibility, but the agreement remains as is.

At any time the Site is exposed to a shortage of supplies for any of the reasons mentioned above, the Site has the right to distribute its sources and raw materials among the group of beneficiaries in any way the Site deems fair and reasonable.

The Site shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from delay in the event of any of the aforementioned circumstances.

Attorney's fees

This Agreement is written in both Arabic and English. If there is any dispute, difference in meaning, or inconsistency between the English version and the Arabic version, the Arabic version shall prevail.
